Living values club
Regnart PTA is starting "Living Values" club for kids (3rd, 4th and 5th grades) on Mar 5th. A club that will help children become more focused and resilient through meditation and value filled learning.

Living values such as peace, love, respect, tolerance, and honesty are critical social values cherished and aspired all over the world. Living Values club’s unique technique will enable kids to absorb and imbibe these living values content easily. The classes are catered towards kids (9-11 years) and they have been customized in way so that learning will be fun and easy. Last but not the least, kids will be mentored so that they are able to practice meditation early in the morning and throughout the day.

Every month the club will focus on a particular value and conduct classes on that value so that the virtue is imbibed internally. We are starting our ‘Living Values’ series with the value ‘Peace’. Lack of focus, being distracted, or unable to finish work in a timely manner are few of the biggest challenges kids are facing these days. At a very early age, children are exposed and get attracted to avenues (internet, TV, and video games) that are moving them away from experiencing inner peace. The ‘Peace’ series will focus on making them understand the real essence of being peaceful, power of peace, how they can help in making the world peaceful, and how they can create and experience peace in meditation.
